Hello and welcome to Wild Child Wellness. I’m glad you are here. I’m Lizz, it’s nice to meet you.

I am a Registered Massage Therapist of 10 years working in Oxbow, Sask. I am a student for life and always seeking new learning opportunities to increase my treatment outcomes. I have a keen interest in the human body and the role in which the nervous system plays in the tension we hold. In addition to continuing education in Myofascial cupping, RAPID Neurofascial Rest, lymphatic system support, pre-natal massage and yoga, I am usually geeking out over self-study.

My schedule for summer is slowing, giving me extra time with my son. I am still seeing clients this summer on a reduced schedule. I will not be posting my schedule online for the summer. Please add yourself to my wait list and I will contact you when appointments are available. I am a registered massage therapist, a holistic infant sleep specialist, yoga teacher and mental health advocate.

I am also a highly sensitive empath, an introverted extrovert, a partner, a mama and an explorer.

I have studied mindfulness, myofascial release, prenatal massage, and am trauma-informed.

My offerings include massage therapy, holistic infant sleep support and movement + meditative practices.

By utilizing an intuitive approach, I aim to help you tap into your inner knowing. No two sessions or treatments are alike. I take the time to understand your concerns and together we develop the framework to make changes going forward.
